Criminal activists hijack a gala and take 300 hostages. One extremist plans a mass murder as a message to the world. A former soldier becomes a window washer to rescue the hostages. This is the second film in which Daisy Ridley and Clive Owen have starred together. They previously starred together in Ophelia (2018).
